Try to wrap your jewellery with padding such as bubblewrap/ cotton pads/ boxes where possible.

We will send your jewellery back to your preferred delivery address via Special Delivery (Royal Mail).  

 

This service is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day.  This also includes a £500 insurance for loss or damage.

 

Once posted, we cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred in transit but we will work with Royal Mail if anything does happen to your order.

If you require more insurance for your jewellery please get in touch and delivery charges will be amended accordingly.

 

We don’t like inflated postage, so we pass on the same price that Royal Mail charge.
