By making payment you are accepting our terms and conditions as set out below.

 

Payment should be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

 

Plating can last a long time however we cannot guarantee the length of time due to many individual factors, please see our Jewellery Care Guide to help prolong your plated jewellery.

 

Your order will not be processed until we receive the following information in writing/ via email;

Your full name

Your business name

Your billing/ delivery address

Your email

Your contact number

 

All micron details will be available per item on your invoice along with images.

 

On receiving your jewellery, we may see it necessary for your jewellery piece/s to be polished before plating.  Plating will only cover what surface is already there.  If there are scratches, dents or texture, this will stay the same after plating.  We will recommend a pre-plate service however it is up to you whether you wish to go ahead without the extra polishing charge. 

 

On assessment of your jewellery, if we believe any stones to be at risk, we will contact you before carrying out any services to see how you wish to proceed.  If you agree to go ahead, we are not liable for any lost or damaged stones during the cleaning, polishing or plating process.

We are not liable for any damages incurred in the return transit of your jewellery.  Your jewellery will be packaged in a padded envelope and sent via Special Delivery with £500 insurance.

If you require a larger insurance cover, please let us know as soon as possible and we will change the delivery charges accordingly.
